From the Super Bowl to fashion week, and award shows like the Grammys have us still still on a high. That means, within all the activity, beauty inspiration was endless.
For one, Teyana Taylor and her daughters, Junie and Rue, attended the GQ Bowl. The event doubled as a Thom Browne fashion show that saw Taylor in a half-pixie half-mullet with braided pigtails. Meanwhile, Tyra Banks celebrated Super Bowl weekend with an intricate French twist updo.
On tour in Brazil, Doja Cat sported a dangerous red lip combo—featured in her new MAC lip kit—with a blonde Grace Jones-like high top. As for Olandria’s couture week rendezvous, makeup artist Ngozi “Esther” Edeme gave her a mod, blush-heavy beat to pair with a preppy little bixie (bob pixie).
Doechii enters her grown and sexy era with textured, yet defined curls, bright under eyes, and a glossy lip. Ravyn Lenae pulls off an angular pouf with a front clip for the Grammys. And, to end the week, Gabrielle Union gives a new take on pixie cuts: one with a sweeping combover.
