A gorgeous Miami Beach mansion once owned by decorated boxer Floyd Mayweather has recently been sold, and the price tag might surprise you. However, the inside may very well make up for it!
According to The Real Deal, the 10,818-square-foot home sold for $18.5 million, which is nearly $3 million shy of what Mayweather originally sold it for in November 2024. But what’s even more interesting is that the home was sold this time around by Black Spruce Management’s Josh Gotlib. This is the same Gotlib that Mayweather is currently entangled in a legal battle with related to his investment in Gotlib’s 1,000-unit affordable housing portfolio in Manhattan.
But you didn’t come here to read about a lawsuit—you came here to look at how Mayweather was living in Miami Beach! So keep reading to see more!
