When it comes to the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” ladies, past and present, they don’t play around with their appearance.
OGs like Porsha Williams, Kandi Burruss, Nene Leakes, Kenya Moore, and Shereé Whitfield turn heads with flawless head-to-toe looks.
However, two women have drawn major attention after posting enticing Instagram photos that flaunt their bodies and rejuvenated faces.
For different reasons, Moore and Whitfield are not currently on the reality TV series.
One woman walked away on her own terms, and the other exited gracefully after a scandal that led to a lawsuit. But their Instagram post have fans wishing they were back on television screens.

In fact, Moore and Whitfield recently linked up in photos posted on Oct. 26. The two ladies posed for a makeup-free selfie and smiled side by side in casual wear.
Whitfield shared the image to her Instagram Story, adding LadyBoss’ song “Woman on a Mission” as background music.
Shade Room followers were taken aback by both women’s youthful glow, wondering if the two were competing.
“They going face to face,” said one person, while a second person labeled them, “Lol the snatch back sisters.”
A few people thought they didn’t even look like themselves. One person said, “They both look soooo different.
Showing the women individual praise, a Whitefield fan said, “Wow, she does look wayyy younger than before. You couldn’t tell me this was a 50+yo woman.
About Moore, someone suggested, “Kenya should have gotten some pointers from Sheree before tightening her face. Would have made a whole face of difference.”
Whitfield admitted on the “RHOA” reunion show in 2023 that she had her nose “tweaked,” though other cast members claimed she’s done it more than once.
Besides the rhinoplasty work, she’s also replaced her capsulated breast implants and had breathing correction surgery.
The real shock came last year when she underwent a Neustem treatment, a non-surgical facial-contouring set of injections. The procedure snatched her face, making her jaw and cheekbones more defined.
As for Moore, she hasn’t admitted to any facial procedures. But she has confessed to having a breast reduction in 2021.
In 2026, she thanked plastic surgeon Dr. Thomas Sterry on Facebook for helping her get “bikini ready.”
Though she did not specify what exact procedure she’d had done, in the muted video of her talking to Dr. Sterry she points to her abdomen, hinting that she had some work done on her stomach.

Another fan briefly commented on Whitfield and Moore’s intense history under the image.
A fan who recalled their past beef wrote, “The housewives get along so well when they’re not on the show.”
The two had a long-running feud after Moore Manor mocked Whitfield’s unfinished Chateau at the time. Their clash expanded to include mocking each other’s clothes, relationships, and looks.
Now it seems the two have been able to make peace since neither of them are on the show.
Whitfield started the series in season 1 and has left and returned multiple times. She last exited the series in 2024, ahead of season 16, amid a massive cast shakeup.
Moore stayed but was later put on an indefinite suspension that same year after posting sexually explicit images of her co-star Brittany Eady, whom she had been feuding with on the show.
During her Nov. 14, 2025, appearance on the “Tamron Hall” show Moore said Eady had been threatening her while taping, so she did “research” on Eady and found the images.
She then put them on poster boards and revealed them at her salon opening.
Moore did take accountability and said, “Hindsight is always 50/50 and if I could do it all over again I believe the photos were very distasteful and I elevated the situation.”
The former Miss USA winner added, “I’m taking full accountability for the things that I’ve done. I am sorry for what I’ve done. I didn’t have to take it that far.”
Moore tearfully claimed that she put up the pictures in order to protect herself and her 7-year-old daughter, Brooklyn Daly.
Moore joined “RHOA” in season 5.
