If you thought the latest drama between Rick Ross and 50 Cent was gonna calm down, then you’re sorely mistaken. In fact, things have ramped up thanks to Ross’ ex-wife Tia Kemp, and the new legal move 50 has lobbed against her. Let’s get into it.
After 50 Cent alleged that he would pay the bail of the man who allegedly assaulted Ross and Kemp’s son during an early October 2026 altercation at Bethune-Cookman University (as a means to further provoke Ross as part of their years-long beef), Kemp decided to take aim at the “Power” producer’s own son, Sire. Not only did she disparage the child, but she even went so far as to claim that the child was “slow,” on the “autism spectrum,” and more in several different online publications.
As a result, 50 decided to take the legal route and asked the courts to step in to get Kemp to back down and stop talking about his son. Specifically, he claimed that Kemp’s words caused his teenage son “humiliation, embarrassment, and mental anguish,” and believes the alleged harassment won’t stop unless there are some legalities in place. As such, 50 asked the court for a temporary restraining order and filed a $6 million civil lawsuit against Kemp to shut her down.

Well, as is par for the course for Kemp (especially if you’re one of her die-hard TikTok livestreaming fans), she didn’t take the news lightly and instead took to the “clock app” to blast Fif for the filings, double down on her claims against his son, and not being able to take what he so regularly dishes out.
We would quote some of the things she said, but there’s just way too much profanity, so you’ll have to press play for yourselves!
But while Kemp was able to get her feelings off, 50, on the other hand, was able to secure a win in court, as a judge agreed to grant him the temporary restraining order against her. As part of the parameters, she has to stay 500 feet away from Sire and have no contact with him through social media, according to VIBE. Kemp is also “prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition and must surrender any weapons in her possession to law enforcement upon being served with the order,” as noted by TMZ. They’ll be back in court on Nov. 3 to determine whether or not the order will be permanent.
As far as the lawsuit goes, 50 alleged Kemp of libel and slander, false light invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. There’s been no word yet on the court date for that.
Speaking to being granted the temporary restraining order, 50 wrote in an Instagram post: “I know this is not gonna make her stop making antisemitic remarks about my Jewish lawyers, posting revenge porn, and attacking a child. It’s not ok.”
