‘He’s Unwell’: Trump Comes Unglued on Camera as Insiders Spill on His White House Chaos and GOP Allies Fear He’ll Drag Them Down With Him

An enraged President Donald Trump and his inner circle inside the White House continue to feel the increasing pressure of the upcoming election.

With just a few days to go before the crucial vote that will determine control of Congress, a new report details the chaos happening around Trump behind closed doors.

The New York Times detailed how Trump’s behavior is becoming more erratic as he realizes the increasing possibility the GOP could lose both chambers next week.

Republicans in reliably red states where Trump handily won in 2024 are struggling in re-election races, tied to an unpopular president and his even more unpopular policies.

The Times reports Republicans have been trying to distance themselves from Trump, his bizarre behavior and the corruption in the administration overall.

“Behind the scenes, some political advisers and outside Republican groups have warned the president’s aides that Mr. Trump could do more harm than good by holding rallies in battleground states with uncomfortably close races, according to people with knowledge of the conversations,” the new outlet reported.

The newspaper interviewed 16 current and former administration officials and Trump allies about the atmosphere in the White House and among his staffers.

According to the Times, Trump has increasingly surrounded himself with a small circle of trusted loyalists.

One of them, devoted aide Natalie Harp, reportedly has moved into the private dining room next to the Oval Office, where the president spends time watching television and sifting through stacks of printed news articles.

Meanwhile, Federal Housing Finance Agency Director Bill Pulte reportedly makes regular visits to Trump’s private cabin aboard Air Force One, bringing along memes and posters to show the president.

The unflattering coverage reportedly sends the president into a rage. And nowhere was the rage more obvious than in Trump’s meltdown on a Reuters reporter on Thursday, Oct. 29, over a simple question on why he canceled a scheduled rally in Kansas.

“So, you not going to Kansas has nothing to do with you being sick of travel?” the reporter asked.

“Oh, you’re sick to ask that question,” an angry Trump sputtered.

“Look at this guy. He’s way out of shape. Look at how badly. He comes to me, ‘Sir, you’re not going to Kansas?’ I’m not going to Kansas ’cause he’s doing very well.”

Trump continued to rant over the question — at one point claiming the reporter said, “You’re not going to Kansas, sir. Are you feeling well?” — showing just how thin his patience has become over such a simple question and giving credence to the Times report.

“You are disgusting,” Trump rudely told the reporter. “Put yourself in shape. You look like hell.”

Trump has since put the Kansas rally back on his schedule for Sunday.

Social media erupted in glee and delight over signs that Trump may be cracking under the intense pressure to try and save GOP congressional seats.

“Between Obama rage baiting him and being constantly called a fat pedo by protesters, we shouldn’t be surprised that Trump is starting to crash out everywhere he goes. I love that this is happening to him,” an X user gleefully remarked.

“He’s losing it because he knows he’s lost. No amount of rigged bullsh-t will save his a– now. #F-ck Trump on November 3rd,” another poster chimed in.

Others piled on without mercy.

This commenter summed it up in two words: “He’s unwell.”

Another agreed, “He is beyond unwell. We’re watching him fail in real time.”

Trump has been desperately campaigning in red states over the past month, holding rallies and begging MAGA supporters to vote Republican.

But it may be a lost cause.

Fox News, Trump’s reliable mouthpiece, just changed its Senate Power Rankings to show Democrats might retake the chamber.

The outlet’s forecast now shows six Senate races are too close to call, which means Dems could take back the majority. The ranking projects 48 seats for Dems and 46 for the GOP, with six races a toss-up just days before the election.
